About Us
Located in Beaver Bank/Halifax, NS, we provide affordable sleepover tents for birthday parties, special events, or just a fun weekend for the kids! Our tents are pre-packaged for pick-up (delivery is available for a fee) and you set up/take down at your own convenience.
How it Works

Step 1: Fill out the booking form below.
Step 2: We will email you to confirm your dates are available and include a link for the $100 rental deposit to complete the booking. Deposits are refundable up to one week prior to your event date. The remaining balance for the rental is due one week prior to your event.
Step 3: Pick up your tents. (Or we will deliver if arrangements have been made as part of the booking.)
Step 4: Set up your tents and get ready to party! (Tent assembly instructions are provided.)
Step 5: When your party is over, take the tents down (instructions provided) and return to the drop off location (or arrange pick up).
Things to Keep in Mind

Be sure to measure your space where tents will be set up. Each tent is approximately 3' x 6'.

Set-up will take 1-3 hours depending on your party size.

The security deposit will be refunded 24 hours after the tents have been returned (and provided there are no damages).

Once set up is complete and before the party starts, we require an email confirmation that all tents are clean, and in working condition. If any items are unsatisfactory, we will work to ensure replacements are provided.

Each tent package includes a tent with fairy lights, child-sized air mattress (with protective cover) and a light-weight blanket. Guests will need to bring their own pillow (and any special blankets or stuffies).

If there are snacks, we suggest foods such as pretzels, popcorn or gummy candy. Please avoid chocolate or gooey/greasy foods near the tents and air mattresses. We also ask that drinks be consumed outside of the tents.

In order to keep our equipment safe for all kids, we do not rent tents to homes where smoking is permitted and ask that pets not be permitted in the area where the tents will be set up.

If tent packages are returned damaged or stained, your deposit may not be refunded. Normal wear and tear is expected and we always consider that accidents happen, so please don't stress if something unexpected happens! We WANT to return your deposit!

Themes: We offer a variety of colourful tents. Each package includes one special 'themed' tent (Barbie-Mermaid, or Gaming) for the birthday child/host. Need a custom theme? Contact us and we will do our best to incorporate your theme/colours (we're still new so we'd love to hear your ideas/expand our offering).
